Yesterday after church, while we were eating lunch, we spontaneously decided to get away for the day. We got in the car and just started driving. Eventually we ended up at one of my favorite places in Hungary: Visegrád. This town is located on the the shores of the Danube River and has a wonderful view of the "Danube Bend", which you can see in the picture. The day was just simple and lovely. We took a walk up to Solomon's Tower. Levi loved exploring, collecting rocks, and learning to run on the old cobblestone path. Attila and I enjoyed being outside on a cool but sunny day that reminded us that spring does follow winter. It was a true Sabbath--a much needed day of rest for our bodies and souls.
